Orders are only despatched the day after your order is placed if you place the order in the morning before 10 am.
Orders placed after that may be delayed a further day.

So, for instance, an order placed on Friday afternoon, may only be despatched on Tuesday.

Couriers pick up and take the product back to their depot.

The order is then sent out the following day.

For deliveries outside of Auckland, the courier despatches to their depot in the corresponding town.

The order is then sent out the day after that.

There is a further delay to the South Island as there is is sea freighting also to be added.
